I can understand that Frank, but let's provide info and not whinging then. There is nothing new in dealing with Gov't bodies and there won't be much changed in a decade from now. And if every post on HC was a whinge at the EPA it would still not make an ounce of difference. Whingers should grow up or find a new way to lose money.

Can you explain why posters aren't the slightest bit concerned that GBG has postponed their production dates by 12 months and yet, posters prefer to still keep whinging about the bloody EPA!

EPA hasn't postponed their decision by 12 months but are still taking 100% of the blame! They may well be dikheads but they are constrained within budgets like anyone else and have a job to do.
