The original timeline for SO4 had revised ERD submitted 17 July 2020, EPA presenting assessment report to minister 18 September. On that timing, pre-Christmas approval looks pretty unlikely.
What's the impact of not receiving EPA approval other than non-repayment of the bridge loan and the 1.2m monthly share penalty to Taurus? I'm assuming it prevents production, but not further construction, which seems to be cracking along?
