Taking KLL, Beyondie as a comparison, the EPA produced their report on the ERD two months after it was accepted.
There was a 2 weeks appeals period.
The Minister signed off 2 months after the EPA delivered their report. So 4 months all up.

A further comparison is APC, Lake Wells. The ERD was accepted early June. The EPA delivered their report earlier September. There were approvals. They await the Ministerial decision. 5 months so far.

RWD isn't comparable.
SO4 will be lucky to get EPA approval before Christmas. They won't get a Ministerial decision based on peers.
The dates are in the links provided.
