That would be great, but there is rarely any urgency for politicians or bureaucracy to move rapidly. No political
incentive for them at this time of year. They may believe it better support wise to do it closer to the federal election. Lol - assuming it is a positive decision for us. If not - do it last thing tuesday 24th - or delay it forever.
