The good news is with WA EPA reform, and the EPA prioritising existing applications, it should be simple to amend this application to include Yarrabubba and the AVL tenements.
AVL's proposed offsite processing facility is currently with the land planning commission. No EPA approval is required provided that the land zoning is transferred from rural to industrial.
