Not only emissions with trucking. VRX look to have an issue with the EPA saying trucks can potentially run into cockatoos so they may scale back their project (which runs adjacent to the highway). I wouldn't believe it if I hadn't seen it. How anything at all is allowed to get done in that state under current regs is baffling. They'd be trucking stuff 25% of the distance AVL plan to. They'll probably have a problem with the bugs you're going to kill trucking that far.
