badfish - the CLC has an absolutely disgraceful reputation for granting access and getting things done on time. A great article was posted here on HC in the CTP thread a few weeks ago demonstrating the issues related to the CLC and Santos so its not that CTP has done anything wrong.

They actually called force majeure on the CLC to get things moving - as robjb pointed out in another forum.

EP 92 is not a big concern for me at present - critical was access to EP 93 which is now completed. This access issue however may form problems for PXA and Advent as id assume some of the wells to be drilled under their contracts would fall in this permit.

On another note did anyone read the document from central today (if your on their mailing list)
