with you on that one badfish - would be a shame to see the rolling bond facility fall out - its the only way these guys will ever get up and running.

I do however doubt the facility will fall out based on a 15c close as off the top of my head I believe the conditions were for a 15c VWAP (20 days) prior to the facility being taken out for it to be void.

I think MPS will somehow have something to do with the stabilisation of the stock above 15c. I bet the person who was controlling the SP a few months ago with the continual stacked orders (keeping it below 22c for weeks on end) is now biting their nails.
