That is a possibility and will depend on a few outside factors, but if we are ~$1 b4 the next sector-wide run commences and if either some news on US purification site (which will trigger a strong movement on the US stock market) or Vietnam news, then $3 is is very comfortable....if BASF comes up with...then you might have to design another new note...
Hope you will be around for the main event, it will be a shame if you will miss it after all this years.
