I tend to agree, no-one is in a hurry to relay bad news. Though my thoughts are it wont be bad, nor will it be much longer till we find out, just IMO.
Uni - Not sure I'd agree with "Sojitz would have released some form of announcement by now if the outcome was negative". Did they announcement the MOU in the first place, I'm not familiar with their listing or how to access announcements? Nothing in their news from Feb16
