The only thing I would think is we could not rely on everyone buying the app, and maybe work off something as low as 10%. I know it seems harsh but I also think that believing everyone will be on board with the app is not always relaistic.

Here are figures for dementia updated Feb 2017 which shows 413,000 +/- people living with dementia but it does not outline at what stage it is for the individuals, but interesting that there will be 225,000 carers for dementia which is the number to use as it would be the carers using the app and then medical staff etc.
25,000 carers x $10pm = $225,000pm = $3m each year

In the UK tgere are approximately 850,000 people living with dementia and about 700,000 carers, so even @ just 10% of carers is 70,000 × $10pm = $7m each month = $8.4m a year

Total between australia and UK just using 10% of only the carers and not medical staff would still be $11.5m a year on just the dementia app.
