LONDON (Thomson Financial) - E-pay Asia Ltd. said non-executive chairman John Croft bought 250,000 shares in the company at 2 pence each, lifting his stake to 452,415 shares or 0.16 percent of the issued share capital. E-pay also said Croft holds 500,000 options in the company.
Chief financial officer Yap Chih Ming bought 150,000 shares in the company at A$0.042 each, bringing his stake to 469,230 shares, or 0.17 percent of the issued share capital. He also holds 700,000 options in the company.
