    worth more than you think. The plan to merge with e-pay was on the cards for a long time.
    It's not clear is they will sell w-home at this stage, but I think it's very likely.
    If SKG is worth "nothing" with revenues of $700k a quarter than what is BQT worth with Revenues of nearly half of that ?
