epbc clock stopped after 6 days

Contacted the good people from EPBC who informed me they had sent some clarifications to the consultants after 6 days. Once these are responded to and evaluated, if OK, the clock begins again for 14 more days before the approval to drill from this department is given. They also received some public comments, they didn't know the subject of those, during the 10 days the public gets to provide these..no doubt the uneducated local members looking for some time in the sun!

SO I've written off to Toby at Advent to see what light he can shed on this delay. Will post any relevant info if he gets back to me.

I think the New Year will be our time to shine.
