Yep, that even aligns with my chat with John Baguley at the AGM. He said whilst there was some mileage in starting early works prior to FID, it was by no means a certainty and would only eventuate if costs were off balance sheet. It's pretty obvious that you can't commit to spending borrowed money unless you have a debt facility which you can't have without a positive FID. Nothing to see here.
