EPC contract to be signed

This is a question directed to Westcott.

You have stated that 3 weeks prior to Xmas that you had personally spoken to Giulio Casello.
He had told you that the EPC contract would be signed before years end.

I would like to know your feelings regarding this conversation 5 weeks later.
Is it your assumption that he was telling the truth or is he completely incompetent?
Surely a man in his position should have a handle on what is happening.

And why is it that announcements made are not fully disclosing or not made at all?
