OK, not sure what part you didn't like about my last post, since I was only stating facts and trying to inform the thread. Directors are not allowed to trade if they have inside information that is not public. Therefore, as I said, at the time Benny was buying there could not have been any real, concrete offer made. It's pretty simple insideman, even for you. I was not expressing any opinions, only facts. In that sense it was not a positive or negative post.
