I dont think its because the market is not impressed.
The market doesnt know about it.

If I didnt log on to HC right now, I would not have known about the new announcement until I read it with you guys first on HC. The new announcement does not show up on NAB on line trading!. If traders dont check with ASX announcements it will not be listed as yet, therefore, NAB traders are not aware.
