    how are they going to finance it all? Anyone know what there financing strategy is?
    They only have $1.6 million in September so they must be running a little dry by now.

    Will they do a mass placement or a SPP? Maybe they will borrow? Maybe they will joint list in France...nothing like a local frenzy to drive the price up?

    Not trying to talk it down...looks like a massive potential asset base...they just need to get it out the ground it seems?
