Unfortunately they can do a lot of arm waving in the USA and be very loose with their tongues. The figures quoted on the web page may be correct - but then again they could be a load of garbage. Only a detailed study (such as RHM have on the BV project) relying on a lot of drilling results or a feasibility study will give resource/reserve figures that have any meaning.
American accounting reporting standards are poor - the mining reporting standards are no better.
