SC - an old hand here. Back in the day I made a packet out of EPT when it was getting frothy, many many years ago.
Epipharm was as bad an idea then as it is now. Overpaid idiots like Wolgen should know that companies need to develop and nurture core competencies and partner with groups who can conduct non-core functions (Prof. Porter et al, basic Bus Mgmt).
The irony is that spruikers (aka POH) find it so appealing in terms of their message, we are vertically integrated and other buzzwords come out, but the reality from a seasoned investor in this and other sectors is that the companies should STICK TO THEIR KNITTING.
Agree technology 9/10. Management 3/10. Sad, but all very common.
