Just a quick question re exploration models for epithermal Au deposits.
The silver zone is BELOW the gold zone isnt it?
So if doing basic exploration in an area known to have this style of deposit, you could look for silica terraces etc that indicate the top of a system and that don't necessarily assay highly for either gold or silver
I am reviewing some results for a company and they have some tenements that contained old silver mines and they are stating the gold may be below the existing silver. I thought that was wrong and the gold zone has been eroded off and IMHO they should be checking the surrounding topographic highs for evidence of the upper parts of other vein systems.
