Are you talking about the renewal (which was recent) or the initial granting of the EPL?

The initial granting of the EPL was done under a different administration. The previous administration doesnt appear to have much in common with the current so the timeframe for original granting probably doesnt have much bearing on MLS if they are going for an initial grant.

BMN is undergoing the same thing with regards to their Mining Lic as PDN's ML was granted in a relatively short timeframe that was by contrast far shorter than the time BMN's ML has already spent under review.
