probably because people are sick and tired of waiting for something to happen. this renewal bussiness is a joke, should be a matter of ticking off on where it stood before this fiasco started, way back whenever, instead its sitting in someones in tray waiting for a miracle , like some civil servent getting his a into g. as you can see ime getting hacked off with this but know that something will eventually happen and when it is at last granted, i can exit mls for good. sighhhhh!
