Buyers are building up and no sign of brokers touching price down the last few days. I looked at their 1st rare earth announcement and notice the 5c options. No vendor will accept such options deal unless they are confidence the price will goes higher than 5c especially when JORC numbers are out. At least US$300M minerals they can mine and so much more to come from their announcements. So why sell now?
