Ah Poke, you are short on the facts much as you are a sandwich short of a picnic.
If GGG does not intend to mine Ur now but do the REE, as they have always said (it has always been a REE mine regardless of what you or others say). So any compensation would be based around the potential economic benefit of mining a REE resource for 40 years. That's multi billions. If they go to court, EPM's mine plans will go out the window as any banker would say - 'hey, they changed the rules on them, why not EPM'. That is called sovereign risk (Oooooo, I'll start a thread on that in EPM and GGG).
EPM has a very long road to becoming a serious player - they are many, many years away from production that is why they are a 3c company. The Blue Sky will be the REE, but they have to drill, determine the resource then prepare a JORC estimate before the market is going to take them seriously. Yes they have other tenements, but I challenge anyone on this thread to articulate what the value of these tenements are. Caan't cause they haven't done the drilling/assays/JORC.
I believe they will be a serious player but not for for a decade. You say 'near term' quite a lot when you talk of EPM. I'd love to know your thoughts on what that means. Exactly when do you think they will be getting revenue let alone making a profit. Give me your best estimate, I'll do a NPV model for you to see what the share price might be.
