Nice post again mate. Any fund manager of hedge fund private equity will tell you, the 1st rule in investing is NEVER EVER go against the local government policy and even worse when the locals are against it and it related to the cost of their lives and their children. I just don't get how they can keep justifying it still a good investment as it ok to take on the locals and the government??????
