Pokemon says EPM have an office in Greenland and a REE geologist based in London, which he guesses is already on the ground yeh.
The office may be useful for PR and admin, and maybe the geologist is already on the ground, but it is reports from such experts that I want to hear about, before my purchase of EPM becomes more than a gamble.
In my opinion the strategy of EPM, regarding Greenland, is back to front. You look at what you are buying before you decide to buy it. As with buying a secondhand car, you get the expert mechanic's report before you buy, not after.
