NT have a double vax deadline of 24th Dec. If you follow the ABC coverage the local communities have been hesitant to get the jab, hence the above mandatory deadline. So the Oct/Nov meeting did not occur.
Under the NLC corporate plan they must have a full meeting of stakeholders in the financial year.... which points to Q3. If you look at the old 2019 media releases its usually end of Feb. And if any drama unfolds i.e. EGM then its in March. (NT ministers have called on an EGM previously, and this essentially forced attendance, to the dismay of local representatives)
