Whoever has been following epn closely in the last 72 hrs. Just one aggressive buyer. Dont think it means much because no one else is buying.
For people who have capital gains this year, id expect a few people to realised their epn losses. Not going to go up unless any positive news like what they are doing with south port facility and what revenue will we see..
