IF (and only IF) the objective is ultimately a full T/O (by EPN and co)why would EPN be looking to support the SP in the ST........it would be better for them to have fewer holders not more. They are not wanting to attract buyer interest particularly if it their intention to relist in the US.
An Australian listing for EDT now seems irrelevant.
