    Can anyone tell me what it means to trade on a deferred settlement basis. Does it mean trading stock you have yet to receive from an issue? If so, how do you know how many you can trade if you have not yet been notified of your allocation? The stock code for EPR deferred is EPRNA but nothing seems to have been traded today at least.
