You could be right, but the way the big sell order chased down the sell queue without actually selling was a bit sus. It did eventually start selling at 45 cents, but it could have sold at higher prices if it had simply jumped in from off screen. If not manipulated, then stupid seller?

The EPS still has not been announced in a price sensitive announcement.
