I too have debt at about $40 million.
We had $7 million cash at 31/12/2105 and we would have banked nearly 5 months of profit since then which would be over $3 million.
Take out about $1.5 million deposit for this latest acquisition as we seem to be putting down 1/3 cash and 2/3 debt for each purchase.
I have a P/E of close to 20 but as we have a further 10 villages under due dilligence that will soon come down.
