I don't see the debt as a huge issue - commercial bills will be set with a nominal term and due for repayment in 17-19 - no doubt will be re-rolled, risk appetite of tier 1 lenders is not going to shy away from an aged care provider with an annuity style revenue stream.
Best part is, comm bills appear to largely variable and interest only.
