Just started trading and would like some assistance with calculating the EPS for DDR.
EPS= ( net income - preferred dividend)/ shares outstanding
latest figures based off FY20
EPS= ( 57,200,000 - 56,640,000)/ 172,190,281
= 0?
dividends for the 4 quarters been
12,744,459 (0.075)
12,914,271 (0.075)
12,914,271 (0.075)
18,079,979 (0.105)
Clearly I am doing something wrong and I am guessing the dividend part?
If anyone can assist that would be greatly appreciated
