    RAMS stat net profit is $15.1m (proforma is $43.5m).. using the $15.1m net profit after tax... apply that to the 28m shares on issue..

    $15,106,000 / 28,025,201 shares = 53.9c earnings per share

    what is the price now? 42c ??

    WBC prices name + distribution franchise at 40c ... loan book generates 53.9c per share... Merill Lynch values RHG at much higher than 42c...

    all will reveal itself i guess - but i'm tipping RHG to live on with WBC backing...
