    Agree with your analysis - DCF is the best way to determine the fundamental value but few shares ever track to DCF as it is different to depending on what assumptions you make about risk and the appropriate discount rate

    I think we both agree that on whatever way you look at RHM it is worth significantly more that 45 cents
