for those Heron shareholders that will be getting their cheques back tomorrow or Monday with an allocation of 0, you may want to give Heron a call and say a big thankyou for looking after the interests of shareholders. The directors are paid a lot of money to represent shareholders and I think this float has been handled very poorly. You may also want to read page 6 of the prospectus "In the event that applications are received for more than the $1,000,000 it is currently intended that allocations will be scaled back on a pro-rata basis and that at least the minimum parcel of 10,000 shares will be allocated." This hasn't happened and I know of other shareholders who have been allocated nothing. I just wonder if the Heron shareholders weren't getting their allocation, who was? What a joke!
