re: epsilon energy entitlement date Neither of my application cheques have been banked yet and I posted them on Nov 22 as I recall. I hold no HRR shares so had no priority.

There are some confusing statements in the prospectus regarding in the allocation of the priority shares.

1. First come, first served.
2. Pro rata scaleback.
3. Sole discretion of the Epsilon Board.

This Board had better handle the geology better that the way they treat the investing public.

I guess I can expect my own cheques back in the mail some time in the distant future.

I am seriously micturated about this!
