I am not trying to make excuses and agree with you that Epsilon Prospectus was late in being sent out but as a long term shareholder, as you point out, then only one look at Heron's website would have alerted you that this was going to close earlier and Heron did make a point (on the website) the importance of printing your own subscription forms - priority or otherwise.
In fact not much different to the spp @ .65 cents which was also closed early...i think.
