they admit that there was delays in sending out prospectuses and there is a lot of unhappy Heron shareholders out there....in our original phonecall to them assurances were given to us that prospectus did go out albeit delayed - i guess we were looking for the personalised application form (which is normally the case)with the prospectus
Matt has taken all the complaints on board and although not much help with Epsilon, - Rubicon should see a much more level playing field.
