The footage will still exist in Mossad HQ and is still as valuable today as when it was taken, a dead Jeff Epstein notwithstanding. That was the whole point of the exercise.
A reasonable question is why his procuror Ghislaine Maxwell still not charged. A reasonable answer might be that the blackmailers want all this mess to go away and will use all their enormous leverage to make it go away. If they can kill Epstein(if he is in fact dead and the suicide is not just a ruse) they can get at anyone.
