Dershowitz and Starr, the Epstein lawyers that brokered the allegedly illegal plea deal for Jeffrey Epstein are now part of Trump's impeachment team.
Alan Dershowitz and Kenneth Starr pressured Miami-based federal prosecutor Alex Acosta to breach the Victim's Crime Right Acts by creating a secret plea deal in 2007 without notifying the 39 victims. The law firm of Bill Barr, whose family had a long term association with Epstein, was enlisted to pressure Acosta.
Bill Barr was later appointed Trump's Attorney General and was responsible for the prison where Epstein died. Alex Acosta was appointed Trump's Secretary for Labor. Fox News regularly use Dershowitz and Starr as legal commentators defending Trump despite allegations of sexual abuse of minors (Dershowitz) and mishandling of sexual abuse claims (Starr).
The Epstein team join Pam Bondi. She was the Florida Attorney General who dropped a lawsuit against Trump University after receiving campaign donations from Trump. She was then appointed to the Trump White House legal team.
