Firs of all, my reply was in answer to clarify a baseless statement where it was said that DH and others did not agree with what JH said about "All of them being in agreeance that a second well should have been drilled", and that, as someone else wrote, "There were in excess of 99% chances of success" even by using the 2D Seismic we already had.
Now Red_Duck, you should very well know that we are an "Oil and Gas Explorer", and where any Oil and Gas Company are drilling a "duster" every now and then. And yes that will happen even where the Oil Companies are freely using 3D Seismics to locate their drilling rigs.
I openly admit that originally I was one the ones that thought the same as you about the 3D but, after having spoken to someone else, and yes after talking to DH as well, I had second thoughts and changed my mind.
So all of which that is posted here, is just baseless Hog Wash while most probably being done to serve someone's purpose.
Are there any drillers of Geologists out there that can confirm or deny what I am saying.
One thing is for sure though. And that is that there will be plenty of posters trying to pick my post to pieces now.
Finally Red_Duck, I can tell you that I have a lot of money invested in this company and I am not very happy at the way it is going to be heading, if allowed to proceed. Now tell me, why would I want to risk all that I have invested in this company if everything that this Board is proposing to do was to my benefit?? THINK ABOUT IT, and THINK HARD!!! I simply want to protect my investment. That's all.
