You are right it bounced of 22 nicely. I would love to not see it drop any further, but I would be happy to see it close 22 and I think it will while we are so close and then move forward in slow climbs.
We need volume to make any decent climbs and this usually only comes with news or on anticipation of news. As we are not expecting any near terms news as and EPT to their credit don't seem leaky, we might close the gap and justbstick in the mid to low 2's for a while.
