Thank you. I knew it wasn't you but asked because I saw you online/post.
Maybe HC has got to the stage they should show the Mods on line so they are more accountable at the time of requests so others don't have to pick up the slack during there shift. Would seem only fair for mods like yourself poynedexter, anyway, I'm sure the system works more often than not @mike_au1
