Sadly I agree with your sentiment. I thought with the astute leadership of our chairman JM also PD ,we had our one and only example of Patterson fingers in the pie at the reverse merger . Even though in IMHO this CR was untimely and not how I would have approached it, I do agree that our financial position and PDs achievements will drive this co forward in time . I believe AD has been opportunistic for the benifit of Pattersons shareholders above EPT shareholders I do question his position and hope others are aswell ...
