100% agree with a preso can lead to a CR but Phillip Daffas has said many times fully funded to commercialization, which is Q4 2017, after that who knows. He also mentioned in Jan there would be roadshows aimed at bringing on new investors on the East Coast, so I am assuming that is what the preso would have been aimed at but would have also thought it would happen sooner.
