This week I addressed the Australian Strategic Policy Institute’s Darwin Dialogue on Critical Minerals.It was an opportunity to share the Government’s vision for the future of rare earths and critical minerals in Australia.

I spoke about the importance of diversifying supply chains and this Government’s work to establish Australia as a key producer in the global market for these elements.

The Dialogue was attended by key stakeholders and delegates including His Excellency Mr Manpreet Vohra High Commissioner of India to Australia, Her Excellency Mrs Marion Dercx, the Netherland’s Ambassador to Australia, His Excellency Mr Shingo Yamagami, Japan’s Ambassador to Australia and former ambassador to the US Kim Beazley.
